Our design and development process

Thanks to our complete range of in-house engineering services, many of our clients use us to design, develop and produce new components and assemblies for them.

Typically for a new project, we carry out an initial design evaluation that’s followed by the creation of 2D and 3D visualisations. 

After a client has approved a final design for their product, we can then provide accurate pricing for prototyping and large batches. 

Before production, we can also create a pack of professional manufacturing drawings that show all the detailed specifications of your product, including full dimensions, material types and surface finish. 

The information on the drawings will ensure your product is always manufactured to an agreed design and standard, whether that’s by AEC or another engineering company.
